SITE USE
You agree that you will not interfere with any user’s access to the site or otherwise cause harm to the site. You will not circumvent any security feature of the site or modify any source code, content, or products accessible through the site. You also agree that you will not monitor, gather, copy, or distribute the content on the site using any robot, scraper, or any similar automatic or manual process of any kind (except as may be the result of standard search engine or browser activity).
CONTENT
Every attempt is made to be as accurate as possible. However, there is no warrant that product descriptions or other site content is complete, accurate, reliable, current, or error free. Any inaccuracy may be corrected at any time and without prior notice.
In the event of an error relating to the pricing or specifications of any item offered for sale, an order for that item may be refused or canceled and any relevant credits will be issued.
RETURNS
Damaged or defective physical books can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receipt. All returns must be in new, unused condition. Accidental damages by the customer (such as tears or spills) are not eligible for returns or exchanges. The original cost of shipping will also not be refunded.
Electronic items are not returnable. For technical questions regarding electronic products (such as download failure or corrupted files), and for returns or exchanges, email [email protected]. Shipping and handling fees associated with the return or exchange are your responsibility as are lost shipments if no proof of delivery exists.
SHIPPING
Orders are processed within 3-5 days.
Shipping rates and policies are subject to change and will vary by destination. For international orders, the price may not include all duty, customs, tariffs, or tax fees, which will vary by country. Claims made with shipping carriers for lost or stolen packages are your responsibility if a delivery confirmation is available.
AGE OF CONSENT
To make a purchase on the site, you must be at least 18 years of age (or the applicable age of majority in your jurisdiction of residence). If you are a minor, you must use a valid credit card where an adult has listed you as an authorized user of their card.

However, the terms that applied when you previously used the site will continue to apply to such prior use. In the event that any terms are determined insufficient or invalid, the prior and remaining agreements and conditions will still apply.
